(StrictlyNews.com) – America and American politics have grown so divisive and irreconcilable that we now have millions of Americans who don’t want to live in the same state as millions of other Americans. And, between the groups, the feeling is probably mutual.
In just a matter of less than a decade, the question heard from both professional political pundits and everyday working Americans is not just whether or not the United States will ever return to a level of mutual respect between the political parties, but whether or not the United States will even survive as a unified nation of 50 states.
😒 UNITY?

Now comes a poll from the University of Virginia Center for Politics and the Project Home Fire with a result that underscores just how divided we are as a country. The poll determined that a majority of former President Donald Trump’s voters want to secede from what are described as “the blue states.” Meaning, millions of self-described conservatives and Republicans no longer want to live in Democrat-dominated states.
And, while it wasn’t a majority of Democrat voters, more than 40% of Democrats felt the same way. They’d rather see the nation split in two than live in a state dominated by Republicans.
Bottom line: When it comes to our political views in the United States, the word united may no longer apply.
