(StrictlyNews.com) – Once again, former President Donald J. Trump has taken to the legal battlefield in an attempt to get reinstated on the social media platform behemoth, Twitter. Clearly, Trump feels he needs to be able to reach voters employing Twitter’s massive reach where Trump had tens of millions of followers – followers that were stripped away when he was booted from the platform.
Even though he has failed in the past, Trump has filed a new lawsuit – this time with a federal court in Florida – demanding that the court order Twitter to reinstate his account with no restrictions. Unlike his previous attempts to get back on Twitter, where he could bypass the mainstream media and reach millions of his faithful, Trump has a new arrow in his legal quiver. Florida has a brand new anti-social media censorship law – a law that may be what Trump needs to force Twitter’s hand.

Having seen the new lawsuit that Trump just filed Friday, political pundits believe that this is one more strong indication that Trump intends to be a kingmaker in the 2022 congressional midterm elections and, quite possibly, run for the presidency again in 2024.
How will this new legal battle end? Will Trump prevail this time? Legal observers are split on whether the court will order Twitter to reinstate Trump’s account, but, one way or the other, it’s a safe bet the case will be strong enough to reach the United States Supreme Court eventually.
