Known professionally as Rich Homie Quan, Dequantes Devontay Lamar was an American Rapper born on October 4, 1990.

The rapper started his music career in 2011 and achieved mainstream success with his single “Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh)” in 2015, which reached the 26th spot on Billboard Hot 100.

Tragically, he was discovered lifeless by his girlfriend on September 5, 2024, with the cause of his demise still unknown.

I want to be around my daddy, but I don’t want to ask my daddy. So, that’s when you just start looking to the streets for that shoulder to lean on. And that’s what it was: just trying to just make the best out of the worst situation.

Additionally, Quan has pointed out on multiple occasions that his big brother is his booking manager.
