The Virginia Rally for Gun Rights

Your 2nd Amendment is under very serious attack in the Great Commonwealth of Virginia. That’s what happens when you vote for Democrats, they will take your guns away. Republicans will win Virginia in 2020. Thank you Dems!
— Donald J. The State of Virginia is tense this morning as the Capitol City of Richmond prepares for a rally on gun rights. Ironically, guns have been banned from the rally. City officials have banned drones in lieu of rumors regarding drone attacks, encouraged students to stay indoors at the nearby Virginia Commonwealth University, and put road closures in place.

Governor Ralph Northam (D) has even used the event to declare a “state of emergency.”

The rally is being organized by the Virginia Citizens Defense League (VCDL,) who originally planned to peacefully carry firearms at the event.

Among many other influential individuals, Stephen Willeford, who recently stopped a church shooting in Texas, will be speaking at the event.

Here’s a good summary of what has been happening with firearms in the State.
