Meghann Fahy, an American actress prominently known for her roles in daytime soap operas, series, and Broadway shows, has indeed lost weight.

She went through a significant weight loss journey in her late 20’s shreeding around 22 kg.
In an interview with Women’s Health US, Meghann Fahy shared her go-to wellness practices, workout routines, and how she finds time for self-care.
Meghan believes that hydration is the key to good health. She always drinks water from her huge Yeti water bottle before having coffee.
Even when swamped on set, she never forgets to drink her water, which has helped her stay physically and mentally fit.
The actress mentioned Sakara’s Detox Water Drops, a product she intakes for deep hydration and collagen support.
Regarding the product, she said:
“It seems to be very beneficial for your liver as well as general circulation and all kinds of stuff like that.“
According to Meghann Fahy, she wakes up at 4:15 AM, often starting her day with a workout when she has a shoot.
On free days, she wakes up at 7:00 AM and goes to Orangetheory Fitness for her workout or a simple run.
She eats healthy most of the time and usually starts her day with an omelet as her breakfast.
Depending on her schedule, she visits her fitness trainer in L.A. two or three times a week. While with her trainer, she focuses on strength workouts like squats.
When traveling, Meghann trains with Sweat for easy-to-follow workout videos but tries not to overwork herself. In her leisure time, she enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, jogging, and yoga.
Meghann’s Wellness Practices Has Helped Her Mentally
Adding to her physical wellness, she finds that this routine helps improve her mood and manage her anxiety.
She listens to music and podcasts while exploring nature, which helps her stay active and lead a well-rounded lifestyle.
In an interview with People, Meghann mentioned:
“I’m huge on therapy, so that’s always a part of my life.“
Every day, she does her 10-minute breathing exercise on a meditation app, Calm, before leaving her bed in the morning.
Additionally, she has journals, meditates, and has attended workshops on meditation.
Regarding meditation, Meghann says,
“Sometimes, people are hesitant about meditation ‘cause they think they don’t have time to do it. The truth is, you really only need a few minutes, and all it does is just remind you to breathe, which we forget to do, and I think that’s a really good way to start the day.”
